Sancerre Grappes Entières (red)
-Originates from a clay-limestone plot growing pinot noir for 50 years and situated at an altitude of 230m at the foot of a steep slope.
-Harvesting by hand and vatting with the stems make it possible to produce a red wine that is both fresh and structured.
Cherry-red colour, bouquet of red fruits, especially blackcurrant and blackberry. Freshness and nice balance on the palate, underpinned by an original tannic structure.
Serve chilled at 14 °c with squids, duck, small game, or pork in milk.
