-Comes from a plot in an area called "Chêne Marchand" situated on a little limestone slope 260m south of Sancerre.
-Characterised by a lovely structure and a sustained aromatic freshness.
Tasting notes
Silvery yellow, the nose reveals a complexity of citrus fruits and minerals. Fresh and aromatic on the pallet with a lovely richness and a more mineral finish.
Serving suggestion
Serve at 12 °c with asparagus soup, shellfish or cooked fish, frog legs or goats cheese…
Peak time to drink
Enjoy within 3 years; the character of the terroir can still be identified much later…
