Tasting notes

Bright yellow colour, bouquet of white and yellow fruits mixed with citrus fruits. Well-balanced on the palate, undertones of mature fruitiness; juicy sauvignon grape finish.

Serving suggestion

Best at 11°C for an aperitif, or with fish, shellfish, Asian or Lebanese cuisines and, more traditionally, crottin de Chavignol goats cheese.

Peak time to drink

Best enjoyed young to benefit from the freshness and fruity qualities, but can surprise with its preserved flavours after several years.
